Black Jack Single HD

Play Real

Because of the popularity of the blackjack, a lot of variations have come up in order to make it more diverse while leaving its basic rules still intact. This variation is different from the conventional in the sense that there is only a single deck of cards that is drawn. This game was developed by NetEnt and is available on Online CasinoPolis

Objective of the Game

The objective is to get to 21 points before the dealer does. The hand that gets 21 points with the first 2 cards wins the Blackjack. This would mean that you will have an Ace which is counted as either an 11 or a 1 and either a number 10 or a dressed card. In order to get to the 21 points mark, the following features may be applied;

  • Double. When your first two cards add to either 10 or 11, and you feel that adding just one more card would help you win, you are allowed to double down. Your wager will also be doubled. However, once you have doubled, you can only deal one more card.
  • Split. In the scenario that you get two cards that have the same value, on one hand, you may split them to two hands. In such a scenario, you will be allowed to deal as usual. If, however, you have an Ace on either hand, you can only deal one card. Also, if you get a total of 21 with an Ace, the 21 will not be considered a blackjack but a regular 21. The split will also double your initial bet.
  • Insurance. If the dealer has an Ace face up on the first draw, then you can get insurance so that he doesn’t win if the other number is a 10. The cost for this is half the initial amount. If the dealer has blackjack, the amount is paid at a ratio of 2:1.

Amounts Wagered

The minimum bet that can be placed for this game is 1 euro. The maximum amount you can bet with is 40 euros. You are allowed to pick Euro chips in the denominations of 1,5 and 10.

This game has low house edges which make your chances of winning high. Dealing one pack of cards instead of 6 or eight means that the game will end faster although this can be affected by the fact they are shuffled after every hand.
